Front staff - Adiba. Personal touch to our room with a warm welcome and went out of her way to make my niece feel special on her visit to London. Very clear about the facilities, breakfast etc. Room size - larger than average in London. Clean, nice view, bathroom had a luxury feel to it. All amenities present. Free water bottles which was a nice touch. Breakfast - swift service, staff were all pleasant and courteous. Nothing was too big for them, service with a smile. Check in and out - swift Off course the location! Perfect location for Cambridge theatre literally less than a 30 second walk. Halal food at a stone throw away and Camden market 7 mins walk Bed - the sofa bed was extremely comfortable , didn’t feel like a sofa bed!

Room was small but well organised and we got two single beds as requested. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. I was here for business/leisure so was in and out and having a long table in the quiet lounge to open laptop and have a casual meeting was good. When you'd like to be close to theatres and part of the action in Covent Garden and Soho or shop around the area, this is the perfect spot, yet very quiet. Lots of places to eat when you step out and the restaurant has an interesting Peruvian-Italian menu too. Perfect starting base to connect to many neighbourhoods. Lovely beds, the breakfast offered what we expected, though a bit low on selection of breads. Would come back.

Ideal location for our triple theatre trip. It was within easy walking distance of all the theatres, as well as Covent Gardens and China Town. Oxford Street, Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus were only minutes away too. The Staff were polite, smiley and willing to help. At breakfast, there was a choice of a traditional cooked breakfast, pastries, continental, French toast, pancakes, as well as Peruvian, Italian and vegetarian breakfast. Free bottled water, tea, Nespresso coffee, all replenished daily. Beds were made of a morning, and clean towels. The internet was super fast.

This is our third visit to this wonderful place and people. Everybody here wants, and succeeds to help you have the best time in a friendly place. Neighborhood, excellent atmosphere, happy colorful streets and attractions, close to many thing to see and do in Central London, soho etc. Tube, 3 close by stations , busses, all you need. We needed a special ride to wembly back and forth , and Edward the Concierge helped us with the order, and good advice as to when and where. All the team is very helpful and we thank them all. We will be coming back there again for sure .

We were met by Filiz on reception with a warm welcome and a big smile. Filiz is a trainee at the hotel and seemed very confident, taking control when another member was unable to find our booking. Filiz worked some magic and gave us a complimentary room upgrade to a beautiful suite. We were in London to see Matilda at the Cambridge Theatre which we could see from our hotel window - Excellent central location. Breakfast was varied and fresh.
